The Supreme Court Historical Society is pleased to welcome five distinguished leaders to its Board of Trustees. Anthony J. Dick, Kimberly J. Mueller, Ryan E. Peters, Jeffrey M. Rosen, and Robert S. Rivkin bring exceptional experience in law, public service, business, civic leadership, and education. Their guidance and commitment will support the Society’s ongoing work in scholarship, preservation, and civic education.
Anthony Dick — Jones Day
Anthony J. Dick is a partner at Jones Day whose practice focuses on constitutional, appellate, and complex civil litigation. He has briefed multiple cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and argued appeals in federal courts nationwide. Before entering private practice, he clerked for Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. and Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
Kimberly J. Mueller — Duke Law School’s Bolch Judicial Institute
Kimberly J. Mueller is the former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and now serves as Director of Duke Law School’s Bolch Judicial Institute. Throughout her distinguished career, she has contributed to the judiciary, legal education, and the advancement of the rule of law.
Ryan Peters — SEAL Team EIGHTEEN and Holman Enterprises
Ryan Peters is a Navy Captain assigned to SEAL Team EIGHTEEN and a Vice President with Holman Enterprises. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Rutgers School of Law, and Cornell University’s Johnson College of Business, he brings extensive leadership experience in military service, law, business, and nonprofit governance.
Jeffrey Rosen — George Washington University Law School
Jeffrey Rosen is Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of the National Constitution Center and a Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School. A leading constitutional scholar and author, he oversaw the development of nationally recognized civic education initiatives, including the Interactive Constitution, and has dedicated his career to advancing public understanding of the Constitution and the Supreme Court.
Robert S. Rivkin — United Airlines
Robert S. Rivkin is Chief Legal Officer of United Airlines and has held senior leadership positions in government, law, and business, including service as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Transportation and Deputy Mayor of the City of Chicago. A distinguished attorney and civic leader, he was honored with the Society’s 2026 Amicus Curiae Award in recognition of his commitment to the rule of law and civic engagement.
