Please join the Supreme Court Historical Society in a tribute to Justice David H. Souter with his former law clerks.
David H. Souter was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1990 until his retirement in 2009. Following his retirement, he returned to his beloved home in New Hampshire. Justice Souter died on May 8, 2025, at the age of 85.
The Society is honored to gather four of the more than 75 men and women who served as law clerks to Justice Souter to share their memories of their time with the Justice.
