A biographical legal drama based on the life of and an early case brought by Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the second woman to serve as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. Directed by Mimi Leder and written by Daniel Stiepleman (Justice Ginsburg’s real-life nephew), it stars Felicity Jones as Justice Ginsburg and Armie Hammer as her husband Martin.
Speaker: Mary Hartnett, one of Justice Ginsburg’s official biographers, will be joined by screenwriter Dan Stiepelman, to discuss the film and Justice Ginsburg’s lasting legacy.
